WHAT MAKES NAYROBI BEAUTY AN ETHIC BRAND ? 

Our lashes are cruelty-free. They are created with synthetic blended fibers or sterilized human hair. Our lash adhesive is acrylic based and doesn’t contain any animal product. No product is created by or tested on animals. We are non vegan certified, due to our use of human hair on some styles, but we can assure you we do not use any animal form of product. We work with manufactures that
meets all of the necessary work compliance requirements. It provide fair wages, safe work environments, lunch and various break time, time-off and maternity leave for its employees.

 

HOW MANY TIME ARE OUR LASHES REUSABLE ?

Lash slayers collections are individually handcrafted and made to last through multiple wears. General use for human hair are 20+ and 10 + for synthetic lashes.

 

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ?

Nayrobi Beauty accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. All transactions will be processed in CHF.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ?

Once an order is placed we are no longer able to make any changes to the order. If you wish to make order changes please contact info@nayrobibeauty.com to submit a cancellation. Once the order is canceled please place an order with the correct items.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

Shipping times are dependent on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for standard domestic shipments and 7 – 30 business days for international standard to be received.

 

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS ?

Upon receiving your order confirmation email notification, your order can take between 2 – 4 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during special promotions or sales, processing can take between 5 – 7 business days due to an influx of orders. Please see our processing times chart, here for more information.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

If you wish to cancel your order please email info@nayrobibeauty.com as soon as possible. We try our best to ship out orders and once an order is dispatched we can not cancel the order. Order Cancellations will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
