All orders take 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed in our facility. This is our standard processing time for all weekday orders. During promotions, orders may take extra time to process.
All orders once placed are finalized. Products cannot be changed. Cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Once you have received your items, you may return them for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.
All customers are responsible for entering the correct information for the billing and shipping address of the order. All requests for address information or order changes will be accommodated but not guaranteed.
All standard and priority international shipping options selected are shipped via UPS, DHL and are delivered by the local postal service of the destination. Slayers House is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather or other external consequences, improper handling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses or incorrect contact information for all shipments, including express shipping options. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged, please contact slayershouse.com within 15 days of the last scanned date.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect / insufficient address, missing mailing address, box numbers, refused or returned to sender. Slayershouse.com is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses or return to sender. Slayershouse.com has the right to charge additional fees for any re-shipment regarding lost packages or packages returned to the order processing center.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees collected by your country's customs service upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import charges, as well as compliance with all laws and regulations of the country of destination. Slayershouse.com does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duties and taxes. Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Slayers House occasionally offers special promotions. To take advantage of these promotions, please enter the promotion code when ordering. If the offer is valid, it will automatically be applied to your shopping cart. Only one promotional code can be used per online order and does not apply to certain products, gifts or sets. In addition, only one promotional gift is offered per order.

If you receive damaged promotional products, please address your concern to (info@slayershouse.com). If damaged, the promotional product will be replaced by Slayershouse.com. All shipments for replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade the shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from the customer.
Slayers House offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount of all unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please note that the shipping cost of an order is non-refundable.

- No visible signs of use, including eyelash glue or any discrepancies with the product.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Gift boxes and kits must be returned in their entirety.
- Items on final sale cannot be returned.
If you receive damaged or defective product(s), please send your queries to (info@slayershouse.com) with the customer's name, order number and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 30 days of receipt. Slayers House can only accept orders placed on (www.slayershouse.com).
If Slayers House considers the item(s) to be damaged or defective, the product(s) will be replaced by (www.slayershouse.com). If the item is sent after 30 days, the item can only receive an in-store discount. All shipments for replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. If your package is incomplete, please send a photo of your complete order, including the packing slip, to (info@slayershouse.com) within 10 days of the delivery date. Once confirmed by Slayers house, the missing item(s) will be replaced by (www.slayershouse.com). After the deadline, Slayers house may reject the error request.
